Jeff went an extra mile on so many occasions I can't even recall them all. He spent time at the location in my absence awaiting repair men and several times arranged for repairs. Cannot begin to tell you how impressed I was with Jeff. I was browsing in the hotel lobby and he engaged me with a friendly greeting. I was not thinking abut buying anything in Naples at that time. Jeff invited me in to the office for a chat and educated me on the Naples market in short order. He suggested some listings to peruse at the pool. I saw one that appealed to my wife and I. We scheduled an appointment and within a few days we had a condo. Jeff's professionalism really kicked in to high gear after that with his emails and phone call to walk us through the inspection and closing process. Equally as professional was the listing broker, Carol Fox. Both of them made what can be a stressful experience in to a very pleasant one.
